Craig had to work over one of the biggest holiday's here in Hong Kong. He was meeting with a co-worker from Japan. The co-worker was so thoughtful and brought Kay a gift as a thank you for sharing her daddy with him during the holiday. Little did Craig's co-worker know, he picked out the BEST gift for our little girl. He got her some pretend sushi from Japan with a pretend knife that she can cut the sushi rolls. It was a hit! We even had to get bowls to "dip" our sushi in after she cut it!
If we ever ask Kay what she wants for dinner (usually she just eats whatever we eat) she ALWAYS says sushi.

Friends!
We had a great visit from our fellow ex-pat friends from Singapore! I was on bed rest for most of the time. I did get dismissed just in time to have a farewell dinner with all the adults. Craig and Kay had a blast showing them our new home and city. Kay was so exhausted from the adventures around the city she fell asleep in the stroller on the subway. I can't remember the last time she has slept in the stroller! Sleeping on the subway takes some skill! We are looking forward to hopefully visiting their new home in Singapore.

36 weeks!!
I am officially off bed rest and meds. I am still taking it pretty easy because I really want to make it to "full term". It is amazing how tired I get after laying around so much. My doctor said I can do as much or little as I want depending upon how fast I want this baby. So far, still having a lot of contractions but I am feeling so good to have made it this far. We laughed in the office about how it would be funny if I ended up having to be induced because the baby was so comfy. We will see! Thanks for all the thoughts and prayers for our family. It has been a long road!

Waiting Game...
We are still waiting for Peanut Butter. This makes us all SO HAPPY! We have been doing a lot of hanging out. Kay likes to read books to Peanut Butter. She thinks that she needs to "see the pictures" so she insists on lifting up my shirt while we read. We are having to be creative on how to entertain her in my bed. We have spent WAY too much time on the iPad. We are in survival mode at this point.
Craig was so excited to take Kay to the first annual Red Bull Soap Box Derby. He obviously was not the only one with this idea. It was so crowded he only got to see one race from afar.
The Matilda Hospital...
We took these pictures while I was on bed rest in the hospital. Our insurance covers only a "twin room" which means I will have a roommate. I had a roommate for the first half of my bed rest. In the middle of the night one night a nurse came in and woke me up saying they needed to move me because they needed the room for a delivery. They ended up moving me to one of their single rooms (insurance is not adjusted since it was not my choice to move). The room was amazing. I see why people here describe it as a five star hotel. There was beautiful crown molding, a great view, fireplace, two seating areas, great bathroom, surround sound, etc. The timing worked out great because Kay and Craig were able to hang out with me for most of the day. The other room was way too small to have Kay spend much time in the room.
Nana and Pops...
I am playing catch up. I want to get caught up before we have a new born to care for too! Here are the pictures from Nana and Pop's visit with us.
